• Three types of bedrooms each with a wardrobe: 1) double bed 2) two beds 3) one bed
• Living room – dining room with cosy furniture, shelves, a flat-screen TV for national channels and the possibility of accessing international channels
• WiFi and safe
• Fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, smoke extractor, vitroceramic hob, coffee machine, kitchenware and cupboards to store food and essentials
• Two bathrooms with all the usual fittings, including a shower tray and a bidet in one of them
• Small service room where the washing machine and the electric water heater are situated
• The inside glass windows of the living room and of two of the bedrooms are protected by outside sliding shutters and look over Calle Américo Vespucio and the third bedroom looks out onto the inside patio and is protected by a blind.
• An electronic key is used to open both the door of the hall and of the apartments. It expires on the date the guest checks out. The main door to the apartment has an anti-sabotage pivot on the inside. 
• An intercom in the apartment connected to another intercom outside located at the entrance hall downstairs.The door to access the hall cannot be opened from the apartment.
