• A bedroom with a wardrobe and two beds
• Living room with a balcony looking onto LAS CANTERAS BEACH, with cosy furniture, shelves, a flat-screen TV flat-screen TV for national channels and possibility of accessing international channels
• WiFi and safe
• Fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, smoke extractor, vitroceramic hob, coffee machine, kitchenware and cupboards to store food and essentials. The electric water heater is situated in the kitchen.
• A bathroom with all the usual fittings, including a shower tray, a bidet and shelves for linen and personal items. Under the bathroom shelves there is a washing machine.
• An electronic key is used to open both the door of the hall and of the apartments. It expires on the date the client checks out. The main door to the apartment has an anti-sabotage pivot on the inside. The door to access the hall cannot be opened from the apartment.
• The inside glass window in the bedroom that gives onto the lit inside patio is protected by an outside window with adjustable slats.
• An intercom in the apartment connected to another intercom outside located at the entrance hall downstairs.
• A lobby at the entrance to the apartment with a fire door
