• Washing machine is inteyrated within the kitchen’s furniture.
• A toilet with a shower, water, sink and shelfs for the bathroom equipment and your personal belongings
• The living room and bedroom’s windows are provided with curtains and have a view to the street Americo Vespucio.
• The opening of the hall and the apartament’s doors are by using an electric card which will operated until the departure day of the guest.
• The entrance door of the apartment, located on the fifth floor, counts with a pivot anti-sabotage on its internal side. The access zone to the entrance door at the apartament is protected with fire doors.
• The megaphone located in the entrance door of the apartment, allows the communication with the one located on the outside next to the door of the hall. For security reasons, the remote opening has been disabled from the megaphone.
